A. Outner ear:
1.Ear wax accumulation
Treatment:
Take ear wax out
Soften ear wax
No need to wear hearing aids
2. Deformity of the pinna
Treatmenṭ: Surgery
3. Trauma in pinna or ear canal
Treatment: Surgery

B. Middle ear
1.Otitismedia because of bacteria: Patients got rhinitis from their childhood, time by time the bacteria come to media ear and make inflammation, swelling or even tympanic perforation

Treatmenṭ:
Using antibiotic, anti-inflammatory drugs
Tympanic membrane drainning surgery
No need to use hearing aids
- Sometimes when inflamation has finished, too much fluid in media ear makes patients deaf.
Treatmenṭ: membrane draining, fluid suction and tube insertion

2. No ear infection
a. Otosclerosis causes hearing loss and tinnitus

The second stage: surgery

C. Inner ear:
There are 4 main causes:
1.Presby acousis: hearing cells are degenrated and stop working (occuring from the age of 50)
Treatment: using Super Power BTE hearing aids
2. Hydrops (Meniere): Patients suffer hearing loss, vertigo and vomiting
Treatment: medicine and hearing aids
3. Otoxic medication: patients suffer hearing loss, vertigo and imbalance
Treatment: can not operate, must use hearing aids
4. Hearing nerve inflamation: deafness, dizzy and tinnitus
Treatment: surgery

5. Ear trauma after accident

D. Hearing nerve and celebral cortex
ABR test + CT Scan
Treatment:using hearing aids, cochlea implant if necessary.
